Workshops and support for young adult members to help them live full independent lives.
If you are a young person aged 16-25 with hemiplegia and would like some support with living independently you can contact HemiHelp's Transition Adviser who can help you with finding a job, applying for benefits, everyday challenges, etc.
If you are a parent of a young person with hemiplegia our Transition Adviser might be able to help you too. We also have an information booklet Stepping Back which aims to give support and guidance to parents of teenagers coming up to and going through the transition years.
